The front digital camera is cleverly mounted at the back of the chassis. Mounting on a ball mount ensures that the frame is adjusted from top to bottom and left to right. The rear analog camera has dual function. It is used to record the image behind the vehicle and provides optimal visibility during reversing manoeuvres. The connection is wired, but thanks to analog standards, you can use universal wireless modules, which you will find in our offer and which will allow wireless transmission of video from the camera to the mCar Vordon terminal.
G sensor and parking monitoring in mCar
The G-Sensor starts recording 10-second video files when a shock is detected. You can adjust the G-sensor sensitivity (high, normal, low); Usually, natural allergies are the best option. G-Sensor can come in handy when you have to recreate a parking event that occurred in your absence and identify, for example, which motorist made a scratch. The parking monitoring function takes care of your car as well. After turning it on (when the recorder is in sleep mode), the systems resumes operation and begins recording 30-second video clips. All you have to do is click on the Bluetooth shortcut on your device and go to the wireless menu of your phone. After that, you will open the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone and find the car recorder on it. You can pair your devices this way and your phone’s contact list will automatically sync with the mCar recorder. The device can handle any number of phones, but communication is via Bluetooth, so you have to choose which device you want to connect to at any time.
